If they cancel student debt, they should also make all colleges & universities free at the same time.
I think canceling students' debt should be based on their grades and income. Also, children should have an equal chance at qualifying and entering the top Universities.
My question would be that all student loans come from the government, so why is there an interest rate? Where does the government get their money from again? So they use our tax payer dollars to cover these loans and now they want us to cover the same loans again?
People are calling for student loan debt forgiveness because women hold 2/3 of the debt. If men held 2/3 of the debt, no one would care.
Then, POTUS and VP it’s time. Why continue to delay?
Grow up. Pay back your loans as others have had to do.

Absurd woman. The people who graduate college are among the best paid, while taxpayers are on average lower paid. She wants to transfer wealth from those who are poorer to those who are better off. Steal from the poor, give to the rich.
I don’t care about “fair”, if it should be “would this be a good investment by the fed, would they get the money back in productivity” and even before that, make college free. Plug the holes in the boat before you start removing water from it
Economic justice is repaying the money you choose to borrow, especially when it's used to help yourself make more money by buying something you'll have the rest of your life. No personally responsible adult supports this. And Democrats wonder why they lose so goddamn much.
