Of course there is. Because this was never a “states” issue to them. It was their holier than thou issue.
I bet 90% of my Republican friends agree with the Senator on some restrictions, but not at the Federal level.
The ONLY thing we want at the Federal level is to have Roe codified! That means HOLD the House AND add 2 Senate seats. ANYTHING LESS THAN THAT means the GOP WILL make abortion ILLEGAL in EVERY state!

Who gets to define 'reasonable'? The choice should be left to the woman. If she does not believe in abortion, that's her business, but if she does believe in it, and feels it is the correct choice for her situation, the medical community's responsibility is to respect her wishes.
A reasonable limit: abortion decisions should be between a woman and her doctor.
If the argument is to do it at the federal level, why the hell did SCOTUS overturn it and send it back to the states? It's a states right issue they said. Now it's no longer about states rights? Maybe they should let the SC know they were wrong!

Another way to avoid abortions is to make men financially responsible for causing an unwanted pregnancy, and to castrate those that are responsible for rape or incest. Or just leave it to the woman and her doctor, like other medical procedures.
