Journalism 101: Reversing Roe v Wade would then make it illegal? SCOTUS simply placed the authorization of abortion and the governing details down to the state level and it’s elected legislature since they don’t believe killing a life is protected in the constitution.

Democrats have had many opportunities to codify Roe, from Jimmy Carter, Clinton, Obama and now Biden and they never did. They always promised to codify Roe during elections but never did. Obama had a filibuster proof 60 Dems at one point. They need the issue for votes and money!
