A private space company is looking to give astronauts steak grown from cow cells, probably to grill up in the International Space Station.

”—intends to send astronauts to the International Space Station with these steaks in tow.

“Aleph’s general goal is to be able to provide nutritious, tasty, sustainable food anywhere,” tells Zvika Tamari, head of space research at Aleph, to the newspaper. “And stretching that to its limit is the ability to also provide in nutrition.”
