But they did appreciate the action on the environment and climate change. Rep. Juan Vargas said this final bill was a compromise from a much larger bill, and and while it doesn’t do everything, he said it's moving in the right direction for a lot of issues."This is a forward step, this is a positive step and that’s why I’m happy about it," said Vargas.
