Only 1 crew dead, all passengers, means crew abandoned ship before attempting rescue. Using arcane laws to circumvent liability, failing to conduct autopsies, means victims families will never get any justice. Crew had oxygen tanks to breath in smoke, yet somehow no rescue? The people in the boat nearby said they heard no screams.When interviewed immediately after the crew that escaped were traumatized&speaking openly abt their grief&none mentioned screams. Families know their loved ones didn’t suffer but; why no smoke or carbon monoxide detectors?

Maybe they should install a lower deck escape hatch to the water when you are sleeping more than 3 people in a boat.
