, Ginsburg worked with Amanda Tyler, one of her former clerks and a current law professor at University of California, Berkeley, on composing new material and collecting previously unreleased works. This compilation will be released as a new book, entitledThe book was originally slated for release next fall, and was already in production at the time of the Justice's death.
