'I'm tested. I fill out all the forms. I'm for clean sport. I've been devoting my whole like to this (sport),' said Evgeny Rylov, a Russian swimmer.

"Yes, we are here at the Olympic Games. Absolutely by right. Whether someone likes it or not," the statement said."You need to be able to lose. Not everyone has that gift."

That came three days after Murphy — who swept the backstroke events at the 2016 Rio Games — settled for a bronze in the 100 back. In that race, he touched after both Rylov and another Russian, Kliment Kolesnikov. "I need to be clear," he said."My intention is not to make any allegations here. Congratulations to Evgeny, congratulations to Luke. They both did an incredible job. They're both very talented swimmers. They both train real hard and they've got great technique."

American Ryan Murphy says he lost backstroke gold to 'not clean' Russian Evgeny Rylov'It is a huge mental drain on me to go throughout the year that I'm swimming in a race that's probably not clean,' said Murphy, the defending Olympic champion. Wait, he is basically claiming that the race was stolen from him? This guy is a whiner. He already won Gold in another competition. Sour grapes. He should rally the troops to obstruct and prevent the IOC from certifying the results of the race.
