Investigators suspect a police major in St Petersburg of accessing an official database and selling air passenger data of a flight from the Siberian city of Tomsk to Moscow last August that Navalny was on board the day he was poisoned. The policeman, who was not named in Kommersant’s article, is suspected of abuse of power, which carries a punishment of up to ten years in jail. It did not say if anyone had been arrested.
The criminal investigation against the St Petersburg policeman is at least the second such case reported by Russian media.
How naive one has to be to believe that Navalny was poisoned with a 'chemical weapon of mass destruction' (!)that was placed in Navalny's underpants while no one got sick around him, with no hazmat suits in sight in Omsk hospital, for example
Great progress, from KGB to dictator to police.
That’s a weird way of reporting on Putin attempting to have a political rival murdered
I didn’t know that Putin was a police officer? 🤷♀️
Like China, don’t believe anything coming out of Russia, another dictatorship run by one man, who is totally petrified of Navalny and his base, which is a real threat to Putin ,
Reuters: when too much 'news' about crokked minor Russian opposition figures on the take for western governments keen to cause instability in Russia is never enough!!
