"I can tell you that people were holding their phone up in the direction of this woman being attacked," SEPTA Police Chief Thomas J. Nestel III said at a news conference Monday. Nestel said that other riders were on the train at the time but that"there were very few notifications to the police." The attack wasn't reported until a SEPTA employee saw what was happening. Officials said at the news conference that officers responded within three minutes of the employee's report.

The bystanders who vidiod the rape and were cowards not to intervene should hope there wives or daughters don't go through what happened to the woman being raped and the bystanders videoing there loved ones being raped and no one helping them.
