SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – There are now several GOP states suing the Biden administration in attempt to stop his student loan forgiveness program from taking affect. Six states total filed lawsuits challenging the sweeping proposal laid of by the President in late August which would cancel up to $20,000 in educational debt for a mass amount of borrowers. SAN DIEGO (KUSI) – There are now several GOP states suing the Biden administration in attempt to stop his student loan forgiveness program from taking affect.Six states total filed lawsuits challenging the sweeping proposal laid of by the President in late August which would cancel up to $20,000 in educational debt for a mass amount of borrowers.
