Prince Harry and Meghan Markle Will Spend Time in Canada and U.K. During 'Period of Transition'

on Monday, after the royal family’s summit in Sandringham came to an end following a two-and-a-half-hour discussion.

“Today my family had very constructive discussions on the future of my grandson and his family,” the Queen said in a statement. “My family and I are entirely supportive of Harry and Meghan’s desire to create a new life as a young family.” “Although we would have preferred them to remain full-time working Members of the Royal Family, we respect and understand their wish to live a more independent life as a family while remaining a valued part of my family,” she added. “Harry and Meghan have made clear that they do not want to be reliant on public funds in their new lives. It has therefore been agreed that there will be a period of transition in which the Sussexes will spend time in Canada and the UK.

Continuing, she said: “These are complex matters for my family to resolve, and there is some more work to be done, but I have asked for final decisions to be reached in the coming days.”

Meghan just wants her cake & eat it too! She wants all the glory, fame, & power of being a royal, and wants to keep that new royal title, but doesn't want the responsibilities that come along with it! Harry just dancing to her tune and now the royal family is divided! Very sad!

The Queen must really like Meghan Markle a lot b/c she sure has bent a bunch of the rules to make that spoiled witch happy! 🙄.She's a true mass manipulator & narcissist! Shame on her for dragging Harry away from his family! MM only cares about herself and whatever she wants...

Diana’s death really messed Harry up. It’s been hard for him to cope with. Year’s ago it was self destructive behavior and now he has a family he is afraid of losing. PTSD. 🇬🇧citizens haven’t helped either. They bullied her out of there. Shameful.

If I were aBritish taxpayer, I would be furious. No duties in England, no money from it’s taxpayers.
