Cutting “payroll tax” would NOT be a tax cut! “Payroll tax” is what comes out of your paychecks to FUND Social Security (6.2%) and Medicare (1.45%). This same 7.65% is matched by the employer. It should be INCREASED to keep SS solvent so that it can continue to be there for you!
