Our deliveryman told us, PO staff instructed to hold mail 2-3 days. No delivery on Tuesdays /Saturdays. If our deliveryman isn't assigned to us on a certain day, the mail isn't delivered, but we could go to the PO to pick up our mail-- I guess also sort it.
