Abbott did not mention that ruling,Willinger said it’s tough to say raising the minimum age is unconstitutional based on three rulings and no Supreme Court decision to settle the question.
Adam Winkler, UCLA Law professor, told PolitiFact Texas that Abbott’s claim was wrong because the Supreme Court did not say anything about age restrictions on concealed carry.
