Police are searching for a missing endangered man last seen in Salt Lake City . They said 63-year-old David An has gray hair and brown eyes. He was last known to be in the area of 280 East 600 South on Jan. 11. Officials said An was last seen wearing a blue jacket and black baseball hat and had blue and brown suitcases. 'David is diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia, clinical depression and schizoaffective disorder ,' police stated. 'He hasn't taken his medication in six days.

This plan would dramatically alter a portion of the capital city near downtown. Yes, it's an interesting idea. The area should be developed, but burying the rails may not be the best use of our money. Yes, the crossings can be aggravating, but there are more pressing problems. Plan for eventual cut and fill, but not now. Yeah, what a pressing priority. It's not like aren't hundreds of homeless folks freezing immediately next to these tracks. 🙄
