According to Dr. Demetrios Demetriades, a professor of surgery and director of trauma at Los Angeles County-USC Medical Center, the mortality rate of a patient increases by about 10% for every 10 minutes of delayed bleeding control.

Dereliction of duty! Why are you not sticking a 'The DPS Director CLAIMED that...' when these officials have literally had to change their stories half a dozen times. It makes absolutely 0 logical sense, don't just republish this obvious propaganda.
