Pacific Crest Youth Arts Organizations hosted a performance competition as part of Drum Corps International’s 2022 summer tour.

Drum Corps International has been doing this for a while, and the Rose Bowl has hosted. Through corporate sponsorship outreach to high school music programs, DCI delivers a message of “excellence in performance and in life” to more than 7.2 million young people involved in the performing arts across the United States, according to its website.

The Blue Devils, from Concord, Calif., won the World Class competition, followed by the Santa Clara Vanguard and the Mandarins Drum and Bugle Corps from Sacramento.
