It's called just give it to people instead of throwing them away. Doctors who do that risk getting fired.
Could a different design of vial make a difference? Perhaps with a pointed bottom? It can be stood in holders rather than on tables. I do understand, especially with Pfizer why it can't be decanted between vials.
