NEW YORK - The actress who appeared in a widely criticized Christmas advertisement for exercise bike maker Peloton Interactive Inc has a new role selling gin for actor Ryan Reynolds.
People Magazine and other media outlets identified the woman in the ads as Monica Ruiz, a California-based actress.

A woman on a exercise is a non starter but a woman downing gin is empowering. Fellas don't forget make sure you get cases of gin and wine for the holidays to empower your loved one.
The ad is terrible in a disturbing manner, namely fear on the forced smiling faces of dad and daughter as mom creepily documents herself. I just don’t know who this being marketed to but it is awful.

I think the comments here might be missing the point. The observations out of the Peloton ad have been intentionally recognized by the AviationGin ad, and the result is actually quite funny, IMO 😊
The only people who were outraged over that commercial were people who see sexism in the letter B and sometimes in the number 7. The rest of us didn’t see anything wrong with commercial.
