She and a busload of parishioners are heading to where the pastor's locked up to protest.
According to Central Police in Baton Rouge ... the warrant was issued Monday based on video evidence caught by from a Sunday incident where Spell allegedly reversed the bus upon the shoulder of the road and nearly took out someone who was protesting his church gatherings.
Well, they need preachers in jail.

Tony Spell of Life Tabernacle Church in the city of Central, LA, near Baton Rouge, was charged with aggravated assault in connection to backing his bus into a spectator. The incident that was caught on tape, police said. He turned himself into authorities Tuesday morning.
