Pakistan decides to take Kashmir dispute to the International Court of Justice over alleged human rights violations by India

People carry signs as they chant slogans to express solidarity with the people of Kashmir, during a rally in Lahore, Pakistan, August 20, 2019.

Islamabad reacted with fury to that decision, cutting trade and transport links and expelling India's ambassador. A spokesman for India's foreign ministry did not immediately respond to a request for comment. India denies committing human rights violations in Kashmir.

Pakistan could even possibly loose pok including baltistan in ICJ. Forget human rights.!

Just b/c it has *International* & *Court* & *Justice* doesn't mean it is universal or a court or just. In fact it is quite the opposite, it is relatively liberal in values thus can only ever lead to injustice, pretends to do otherwise using the court as a stage for its theatrics.
