You have previously opened about your personal body confidence issues – do you have any advice for our readers?
"It's so important to surround yourself with the right people. It can be work colleagues, friends or family but having someone who checks in on you is key. Body confidence is so personal. "When you look at me, for example, you wouldn’t think that I have body confidence issues, so having someone to support you is important.
"I also try to be positive and work on my body. It is a temple and I try to nourish it with good food and exercise. Trying to be positive when looking at yourself in the mirror is another important practice. Try to look at your reflection and say three positive things about yourself before anything else."I don’t want to sound like a guru - but practicing mindfulness is good for your mental wellbeing, I also love yoga and Pilates.
"That’s where you’ll find me during stressful times. Recently, my skin is another thing I am focusing on. Trying to fit it a facial in my schedule to treat myself is important."Lots of exciting things in the pipeline that I will be able to chat about soon. The
