Opinion | The first united show of girl power

Could she still get into the race, as she insists, in the fall? Perhaps. Much depends on whether former vice president Joe Biden continues to soar above the crowd. If so, she may bide her time, retaining the prime position for a VP nod. If, however, Biden stumbles, the race may in effect start anew. Rather than select from a slew of candidates in single digits who’ve been running for months, voters might just welcome a fresh face. And here is an issue tailor-made for her to champion.

Third, she’d do away with Hyde Amendment that limits abortions to cases of rape, incest or threat to the mother’s life for women covered by federally programs such as Medicaid, the VA, and the Indian Health Service.

Go for it.. Think AOC's battle w/ a big political machine in NY. She spoke the truth to power, put in the long ('impossible') uphill legwork & won a David & Goliath political struggle; won her seat in Congress. She did it with the truth. Think of that just truth & much hard work.

Gillibrand gave a Democratic view on abortion on Face the Nation today! She said the power of life and death should be made by the mother. At least she acknowleges that abortion is killing a human being! This is how extreme the Democratic party has become! No room for prolifers!

Uh, until JUDICIAL REVIEW is sought to OVERTURN these UNCONSTITUTIONAL 'laws,' it's all just background noise. You'd think ONE PERSON in the DNC would have a 2nd year law student education to understand 'the hierarchy of law' in the U.S. precludes states from 'ignoring SCOTUS.'

I haven’t been a girl in a long ass time. Don’t see you calling the males running “boys”.

If we listen w/american ears instead of democrat or republican ears, we might find Warren has some good ideas & solutions & viable ways to pay for them. Anyone can come up w/ideas, paying for them is another thing.

Girls, huh!?

I want what works in a free society accordining to our Constitution. Don’t care at all about the particular genitalia.
