The only way this ordinance passes is if the proposed “fees” are put out before the vote. But that could be a double edged sword because the “fee” is mostly likely no less than $100 a month to get your trash, recyclables, greenery, and now compost, picket up..
Yep, especially since the city guys do a shit job half the time, they destroy trash cans, leave them tipped over, in the street, blocking driveways etc.
