'Even before joining the Supreme Court, she convinced an all-male Supreme Court that laws enforcing sex stereotypes violated the Constitution -- and demonstrated how those laws harmed men as well as women,' maryrziegler writes for CNNopinion

Ruth Bader Ginsburg's passing marks the end of an era in more ways than one. Having repeatedly beaten cancer, Ginsburg had come to almost seem invincible. She was a larger than life figure who became a hero to many young women trying to follow the path she forged in the legal profession. Ginsburg's age and frail health were no secret, but her loss still comes as a shock.

Mary ZieglerPerhaps more than any other jurist, Ginsburg transformed the law of sex discrimination in America. It is hard to imagine the Supreme Court without her. Even before joining the Supreme Court, she convinced an all-male Supreme Court that laws enforcing sex stereotypes violated the Constitution -- and demonstrated how those laws harmed men as well as women. Ginsburg helped make sense of how discrimination against pregnant workers could be pernicious.

maryrziegler Opinion Once they take away abortion rights they will try to get rid of gay marriage and if you think it's going to stop there you don't know anything about fascism.

maryrziegler Opinion The perfect GIF 😂😂😂😂

maryrziegler Opinion she was an anti male feminist sexist pig and that is a hate crime - she could care less about male stereotyping with sex laws targeting only men and affirmative action discrimination against men and raping of parental rights from men via non custodial parent law

maryrziegler Opinion As of a few years ago, this so-called Legal Legend had hired only one African American law clerk out of 150 hires since Jimmy Carter appointed her to a Federal judgeship in the late 1970's. Affirmative Action for thee but not for me. Ginsberg was a hypocrite.
