He therefore needs to be a voice of reasoned leadership about the balance between individual liberty and security in the city’s five boroughs.
opinion I don't see any stats in this article to support the idea that crime is up. The author at one point mentions 'noise complaints.' Show me a large city without noise complaints. Also he mentions Phillie DA. Seems unfair to use another cities DA to attack NY's mayor. Trash opinion
