The COVID-19 pandemic may drive us to make some of the changes we need. Huge numbers of office workers are now accustomed to working at home. This shift makes affordable suburban and exurban housing even more desirable. More people, including professionals, are already moving toThis epochal shift in the structure of work will be hugely beneficial both to the environment and families.

opinion joelkotkin you used a lot of words here to make your point, interesting that “wildfires” wasn’t one of them considering that is major hurdle to the Tejon Ranch project that you’re advocating for here.
