Ohio had its highest vaccination day in three weeks after it announced lottery-style drawings for vaccinated Ohioans.

Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine's $5 million lottery to encourage vaccinations appears to be an early win.

Maybe more telling were the people who got vaccinated. Vaccinations for residents ages 30 to 74 spiked by 6 percent after weeks of steady decline. The number of people vaccinated over the weekend is expected to be available by midweek, state officials said. DeWine announce the initiative on Twitter on May 12. Under the program, Ohioans 18 and older who have already received at least one dose of a Covid-19 vaccine can enter to win one of five $1 million prizes, state officials said.

I am a HouseDemocrats SenateDems voter. I am also a small business owner. I believe as much power as possible needs to be in the hands of the states, counties,&municipalities. I like that that OH was innovative in their attempts to get the job done. Who's trailing? WHCOS

I feel cheated. Got the Polio vaccine in the early 60s. No chance of winning money was offered. We were so backwards back then.

Proof that Ohioans prefer gambling over science 🤦‍♀️

What?

▬005 Truthful science never silence datas/2nd opinions. What happened to experienced medical experts worldwide that made some positive evidence & data regarding the cheaper HCQ+Z? Compared to those professionals who endorsed specific vaccines w/ dangerous side effects? ▬005

Governor DeWine got it right!!
