Viral video shows Maryland police use Taser on teen to enforce vaping banMaryland police defend officers' actions after viral videos showed them kneeing and deploying Tasers on Black teenagers to enforce a vaping ban on Ocean City's Boardwalk. 'vaping is not an arrestable offence.' But the dudes were Black. Ok. They were using tasers not guns on non compliant people. There’s a time for outrage and a time to reel it in. Just because you’re a certain color it doesn’t give you carte blanc to disobey the law. Save your outrage for appropriate times Sometimes the cops are wrong, sometimes they’re not. You can’t excuse unlawful or unruly behavior on either side. If the kids were doing wrong, they need to be respectful and comply. Beligerence will only make matters worse. I know, I’ve been on the wrong end of a bully club
