This shows the hubris of leadership at its best. They are worried more about image than mission. This is a problem in every institution and company. Ambition is not tantamount to competence! America needs to learn this!

Gag orders to keep public the from thinking about the billing nightmare ahead. For the bills they will send everybody. They will be billing every item, treatment, or doctor, including no-cost volunteer hours. Or focusing on the pay cuts they've just announced. I could go on.
