The dwarves in snow white are magical creatures like tolkien's dwarves and hobbits. They are not people suffering from a specific defect. How do people not understand this difference. It is a different race of beings.

I think PD is confusing people with dwarfism, like himself, with a fictional non-human species called Dwarfs, whose 'natural' size - just size, not even characteristics - is where we get the name of the 'human' condition.
The movie needs a remake because it’s so old. Hopefully a longer story because there’s not much going on if you watch the movie

The Station Agent is a jewel, but in GOT Dinklage gave endless lessons of great acting. I had the wonderful experience of dealing with pure acting, and not the size of the actor. (And I loved it). He should be involved in the production of this remake, and act in it.

On the one side you've got the people who have legal control over all the necessary resources to live, and on the other, people who can only withhold their labor. The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. Great except this is accelerating inflation - if companies pay their ee’s more they have to raise prices to cover the add’l cost (they aren’t going to choose to make less $). People think they are wealthier but they are actually poorer bc everything costs more.
