There are many thousands that are parroting the fake accounts. The damage is done. Facebook is perpetually closing barn doors after herds of horses have run out.
Facebook et al needs to verify those posing as medical doctors and PhD's that have large audience influence...and pay them for their expertise... like they pay the Kardashians for clicks and likes. It will save lives.
