This is all well and good if your focus is on time away from the kitchen. But it discounts the meaning of tradition in cooking, passing along family recipes, and the joy of cooking itself (and as someone mentioned, avoiding family as well!) That being said…I’ve never hosted. 😉

Cheesy Pizza Stuffing and “A lot of butter goes a long way” was not what I expected.
I’m nearly 40 and cannot stand Thanksgiving. Not a fan of ham and I’m over turkey on the holidays. Wish I could visit mom, they do steaks, or fajitas, or pasta, or whatever they feel like.
