Pharma is def culpable but at what point do we start blaming humans with the same amount of fervor as we do pharma for the opioid crisis?

These lawsuits are almost a bigger screw job than what the drug companies themselves have ever done The drug companies get sued billions, fill for bankruptcy, get off for pennies on the dollar, lawyers rake in millions in fees and corporate executives never spend a second in jail
