GOP: how can we introduce harmful bacteria to the people without being noticed....?

The workers will suffer greater injuries. These are grueling, debilitating jobs. Pushing through more animals each hour means more room for mistakes, repetitive use injuries, cuts, and contamination.

Not a huge pork fan to begin with but this will weigh in my mind every time I see pork and will probably choose not to buy it.

The change is letting people hired by the pork companies do jobs previously done by independent inspectors, positing they’d do the job with the same integrity and vigor. If, in theory, they’re doing the same exact job...it would be 'faster“ how exactly?

Let's get a buy in from all parties involved before sweeping changes to the slaughter house process changes, in a timely fashion
