WRONG!! There were 93,000 patient who coincidentally were found to be Covid positive! And why because all hospital admissions in March and April were only medically reserved for Pulmonary or Emergency, no one was allowed admission for elective surgery!! False distorted Data!

Definitely the staffing. Hospitals will get creative to house patients wherever there is available space. Spreading out patients requires more staff though.
