As a country, we need to decide what prison is supposed to provide. If prison is meant to rehabilitate offenders then programs need to be provided in prisons so people come out the other end better than they went in. Currently, prisons produce better criminals. PrisonReform
Don’t let him out. There’s no point and the parents will always be serving their life sentence.
