CLEVELAND, Ohio — Dozens of Northeast Ohio school districts are canceling classes for Thursday, Jan. 27, as temperatures plummeted Wednesday night, with wind chills expected to be well-below zero by Thursday morning.The National Weather Service issued a wind chill advisory for most of northern Ohio on Wednesday night.
