Detroit at Green Bay, San Francisco at Los Angeles and Philadelphia at Minnesota are among the week's top games. Then, there's Washington at Miami.
The NFC North is the only division in the league in which all four teams are over .500. Thus, the first-place Packers and the second-place Lions will be battling on Monday to be the best team in the best division.
Stafford has a chance to make some history. With 39,648 career passing yards, he needs 352 to reach 40,000 for his career. This will be the 146th game of Stafford’s career. The fastest to 40,000 in NFL history is Atlanta’s Matt Ryan, who required 151 games to reach that milestone.
Meanwhile, Jaguars running back Leonard Fournette has rushed for 100-plus yards in each of his last two games. The Saints, on the other hand, haven’t allowed a 100-yard rusher in 31 games. “We’re as talented as anyone in the NFL,” Saints defensive end Cameron Jordan said. “We’re excited about what we can be if we keep growing.”
The Eagles return to the site of where they won Super Bowl LII. “It’s a great place,” Eagles coach Doug Pederson said. “Obviously, we had success the last time, but this is different. Crowd is going to be different. Environment is going to be different. We have to get ourselves ready to play a good football team, and obviously the crowd will be in their favor.”
The Rams reached the Super Bowl last season but have struggled a bit to start this season and will be without top back Todd Gurley for this division showdown. Quarterback Jared Goff, with excellent seasons in 2017 and 2018, has tossed seven interceptions.
The Jekyll and Hyde Browns are running out of time to find some consistency. They lost the opener to Tennessee by 30 and lost last week to San Francisco by 28, yet have a 15-point victory over Baltimore. While Wilson has been flawless, Browns quarterback Baker Mayfield has thrown an NFL-high eight interceptions.

“As much as everybody wants us to go out and secure the No. 1 pick, I don’t give a damn,” Miami center Daniel Kilgore said. “We’re out to win.”
– Kansas City’s Patrick Mahomes leads the NFL with 1,831 passing yards while Houston’s Deshaun Watson ranks second in passer rating (115.9). They are tied for second in the league with 11 touchdown passes. Mahomes, who has 7,212 passing yards in 22 career games, and Watson, who has 7,228 passing yards in 28 career games, can each reach the 7,500-yard milestone. Should that happen, they would become the fastest and tied for the third-fastest quarterbacks in NFL history to hit that mark. Hall of Famer Kurt Warner needed 27 games and Marc Bulger required 29.Read more: Forbes
