New York Congresswoman Seeks Disbarment of Giuliani

WASHINGTON—Rep. Kathleen Rice has asked the state committee in charge of licenses for New York attorneys to begin an investigation into what she calls misconduct by Rudy Giuliani, President Trump’s personal lawyer, saying she believes he should be disbarred.

“Mr. Giuliani’s comments in the media alone provide substantial basis to believe that he has repeatedly and egregiously engaged in conduct that adversely reflects on his honesty, trustworthiness, and fitness as a lawyer,” she wrote in a letter to the Attorney...
