New York Conducts Its Most Coronavirus Tests; U.S. Cases Rise by 58,000

Cases of the new coronavirus reached 4.62 million in the U.S., while New York state, where people have recently been encouraged to get tested for the infection, said it had performed its highest number of tests in one day.

The U.S. registered more than 58,000 new daily cases by Saturday night, according to data from Johns Hopkins University. The death toll passed 154,000, with more than 1,100 new fatalities, making Saturday the fifth straight day when deaths surpassed 1,000.

this is misleading! Dr. Jensen says the AMA is now “encouraging” doctors to over-count coronavirus deaths. Jensen received a 7-page document that showed him how to fill out a death certificate as a “COVID-19 diagnosis” even when there isn’t a lab test confirming the diagnosis.
