I was just in the hospital yesterday due to a sinus infection. The doctor told me you can still get Covid and die from it after you are vaccinated. No one should fire anyone over a vaccine
Vaccine records are required for alot of jobs and have been around for a long time. They should just add the covid vaccine requirement for records along with the usual bunch.
These six employees don’t have to get vaccinated if they don’t want to. As a result, hospitals don’t have to keep unvaccinated personnel on the payroll either. The employees have two choices, get vaccinated or find another job that will take them in. Good luck with that!
