The film's subject matter was spot on. The delivery, highly satisfactory. But then it had to employ actual kids, & do the very thing it sought to denounce.

Texas needs to worry about women’s reproductive rights but the last 40 mins of Cuties needed to be heavily edited. A huge opportunity was missed to universally unite audiences about how dangerous it is to exist as a young girl. Doucouré should have been hired a female DP too.
