Men, women, and people who don’t identify as either have one thing in common: We all get hangovers, and Midol, I have found, will cure them. I am not a doctor, so I discovered this the hard way—by having PMS. But what I’ve learned from that hideous, God-given ailment has weirdly paid off when it comes to the distress of a standard-issue hangover. As we careen full-tilt into New Year’s Eve, it might be a good time to stock up on this remedy.
Let’s cover some basics. A person with PMS may feel achy, bloated, and tired. A person with a hangover may also feel achy, bloated, and tired. The cause of the symptoms is different, of course: One is caused by some cyclical hormonal bullshit, and the other is caused by drinking too much. The suffering, however, is the same. /FDArecalls would not approve, don't recommend drugs in a publication and don't recommend to take it other than prescribed in patient information. If the patient safety isn't enough for you - you can get sued for this. Better take this article down.
Wish I'd thought of that.
Hey there , this is very irresponsible of your publication to post an article like this anywhere! Acetaminophen should never be taken before or after drinking any amount of alcohol - that can lead to liver failure. Shame on you for this!
Known that for 30 years
You should never mix acetaminophen with alcohol. Prefacing it with “Carla isn’t a doctor” does not make this post any less irresponsible.
lareine_kar lol this miracle stuff, remembering you using this for the bloat 😭
Take two Advil that night, and chug Pedialyte. Go to sleep. Wake up with no hangover. Oh and don’t drink cheap liquor. That contributes to it
You know what else works? Oatmeal. Not sexy but effective.
Yikes!!!!! Drink water. Drink water! Drink water!!!!!! Eat a little something. And avoid acetaminophen like the plague!!!!
