Probably the smart move. But bars theaters, clubs etc, are filled with workers in their 20s and early 30s living 3 to an apt. And they’re broke. Will landlords be told to make the same sacrifice? Housing court in the Bronx still has hundreds of cases on the docket.
But not gyms where patrons share equipment
