given that masks primarily protect others from ur germs, it’s safe to conclude that these states are the LEAST patriotic in practice, thou they tend to scream loudest about being patriots! Can’t trust them to fight wars along side real patriots. Totally unreliable!

The three hardest counties, Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach, as well as others, do have mask mandates so this is a little misleading.
In AZ - it’s left to each city. And 99% of the places where the populations live have city mask mandates.
Most of the cities in Arizona, including Phoenix, have mask mandates enacted by their mayors.

AZ as a state may not, but most, if not all, metropolitan cities do. It seems 99% of the people are adhering to the city ordinances.
