The Minnesota National Guard has been deployed to Brooklyn Center after dozens of people gathered following the death of a man in an officer-involved shooting and car crash on Sunday afternoon.
The victim was identified as Daunte Wright, according to a tweet from Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz."I am closely monitoring the situation in Brooklyn Center," Walz wrote."Gwen and I are praying for Daunte Wright's family as our state mourns another life of a Black man taken by law enforcement."Brooklyn Center Mayor Mike Elliott ordered a curfew early Monday morning through 6 a.m.
So let him run. He was probably scared to death anyway. I would be! They already know who he is and where he lives so let him go. Let things calm down a little and then go collect him. Maybe help him understand how the legal system works. A lot of people don’t.
