Mexico has filed a lawsuit against 11 gun manufacturers over firearms that flow from the US across the border and into criminal hands in Mexico, according to court documents obtained by CNN

"This flood is not a natural phenomenon or an inevitable consequence of the gun business or of U.S. gun laws. It is the foreseeable result of the Defendants' deliberate actions and business practices," the complaint reads. Major brands Smith & Wesson, Colt and Glock are among the nearly dozen defendants named in the suit. Read MoreThe companies did not respond immediately to CNN's request for comment.

From 1999 to 2004, homicides in Mexico were declining but then increased dramatically beginning in 2004,"exactly contemporaneously with Defendants' increased production, distribution, and marketing of their military-grade weapon," the suit reads.

Mexico sees US manufactures as easy targets. Guns flowing from Russia, China, North Korea & corrupt Mex police & military won’t be mentioned in lawsuit.Should be suing the cartels & their own corrupt government officials but they need US liberal courts behind them.

They should be suing the US government as it’s likely them providing the weapons.

People need to start compiling a list of all those lost to the virus so we can start making a memorial. Maybe their are just too many to read off the names. They know they should have got an early start on it. WTF CBS, NBC, ABC, KTLA, KTTV, KCOP, KVOC, KVCR, really, WTF?

Good Luck 2 every1 who sues gun manufacturers. Hope U take them for every penny!

We should probably then sue Mexico for all the drugs they let flood into the USA and kill people from overdosing! 🤔

I told the gun manufactures that when they made guns that started shooting by themselves they were going to get into a lot of problems!! but they didn't believe me.

LMAO

If Mexico wants to pay for the wall now, I may laugh myself into next week.

Pretty sure, and someone please correct me if I'm remembering this wrong, but the program that funneled guns to anti-cartel groups was under the Obama/Biden administration, and it was an abysmal failure.

Mexico sues 'reckless' U.S. gun makers, eyes $10 bln in damagesMexico sued several gun makers in a U.S. federal court on Wednesday, accusing them of reckless business practices that supplied what it called a 'torrent' of illegal arms to violent Mexican drug cartels, leading to thousands of deaths. The best choice I've made this year was investing in cryptocurrency and forex trading and earning from home. With the help of SoniaCortney1 I've been earning $7500 weekly I've never regretted this decision. I guess it's time to class action sue Mexico for all of the victims of crimes committed by Mexican nationals. Only fair. Maybe if Mexico went after the drug cartels instead of taking money from them, there would be no gin violence. Corrupt government.
