Bank of America's wealth manager is looking for a new executive to head its massive financial adviser training program as it tackles bleak realities gripping the industry: advisers are old, and they're leaving big firms in droves.
She was appointed to her role in April 2019 to head up the rigorous, multi-year program that takes industry rookies and trains them up to be full-fledged financial advisers; she is also a market executive in upstate New York. for Merrill Lynch, among the largest US wealth management businesses with some $2.4 trillion in client assets through June.on Friday, which first reported her exit.
The FADP is designed to be a comprehensive program to bring up the next generation of financial advisers, and the program and ones like it tend to have relatively low graduation rates.
